Point B Leads Workshop at BioPharmaPM Conference

Point B, a management consulting firm, will lead an interactive workshop, “The Whole Patient – Addressing the Health of the Entire Organization,” at the annual BioPharmaPM conference in San Diego, April 17 – 18. With a focus on specific best practices for leading complex initiatives in the life sciences industry, the Point B team will define and illustrate a framework of successful project execution for workshop participants. Workshop breakout sessions will include key topics such as refinement and translation of strategy, creating successful organizational conditions, project leadership fundamentals and strategic execution success factors.
