Seminar Defines Primary Considerations for Obtaining and Preserving Value During M&A Process   

Point B, Moss Adams and Tonkon Torp to Hold Seminar on May 31

 

PORTLAND, Ore – May 29, 2012 – Management consulting firm Point B, accounting firm Moss Adams, and law firm Tonkon Torp will conduct a Mergers and Acquisitions seminar on May 31st from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at the Tonkon Torp office in downtown Portland, Oregon. The seminar will identify key strategies for organizational leaders to consider when selling a business or divesting a business unit. Specifically, attendees will learn:

 

  • Pre-sale business optimization considerations and the effect of the sale process on operations
  • Business valuation, financial diligence and key tax planning considerations
  • How to manage seller relationships with bidders and buyers
