Our Recruiting Process

When you enter our recruiting process, you’ll quickly see that we view our recruiting process as a strategic investment – aimed to identify a mutual, two-way match and start a long term relationship. 

 

You’ll interview with a minimum of four consultants to gain a holistic understanding of Point B, the work we do, our unique consulting model, and how you can contribute.
