This role provides an exciting opportunity to help build and grow the technology business in our emerging Bay Area market. Priorities: Client engagement management: Strategic relationship development and management Responsible for managing delivery and satisfaction of client portfolio Pursuit planning and execution. Responsible for business development. Development and facilitation of solutions for client’s business problems. Account profitability and operations. Facilitation, development and delivery of Industry thought leadership. Deliver Industry sector expertise as an advisor and through client service delivery. Business development skills. Proven delivery track record in Technology industry. Proven sales track record in Technology industry. Executive presence. Negotiation skills. Build effective networks and relationships (existing relationship network in Silicon Valley is preferred). Effective communicator / interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial. Required Experience: B.A. or B.S. degree required. MBA encouraged. Minimum of 8 – 10 years of business experience. 5+ years consulting experience. 3+ years Technology industry experience. 2+ years consulting sales experience. Known for exceptional client service delivery. Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills. Demonstrated success in leading client service and/or account teams. Strong track record of identifying and fostering business development opportunities. Ability to work from home. Ability to work non-standard work hours when necessary. Based in Silicon Valley, CA.
