Compensation and Benefits

Compensation
Point B’s base compensation model offers the best of both worlds:
- A Base Salary that provides consistent, predictable compensation; and
- Plus Pay, which compensates you monthly for productivity beyond the ‘base salary’ expectations we have set together.
The combination provides the security of a Base Salary and the monthly financial rewards for work that goes above and beyond it.
Incentives
As a Point B associate, you’ll share in the success of the firm through Annual Bonuses and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
- Annual Bonuses reward you for value and outcomes you deliver that go beyond the day-to-day delivery of leadership services to our clients and our firm.
