Point B lends their expertise to Microsoft’s Office Online site to help develop tools and templates for Project Managers

Microsoft recently engaged Point B to help make project managers more efficient, through the use of expert knowledge, tools and templates offered on the Office Online website. As their subject matter expert for this area, we provided our expertise and ideas for tools and templates that addressed project managers' duties throughout the project lifecycle-from project scoping and structuring to risk assessment, issue capture and resolution, and project communications.

Our ideas contributed to a series of free downloadable tools and templates that project managers can get directly from Microsoft Office Online (http://office.microsoft.com). In addition, Point B was a contributing author of project management articles on the Microsoft Office Online web site.
