Darran Littlefield

One of Point B's co-founders, Darran has an extensive and varied background helping organizations develop and use information technology to solve business problems. He has applied his consulting skills across several industries, including healthcare, financial services, insurance, high-tech and the public sector. Today, Darran's primary focus is to further develop Point B's client service delivery practices. Before joining Point B, he was employed by Freed Consulting, a healthcare consultancy based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his time with Freed, he was a manager at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in its San Francisco Health Care Practice. He holds a BS in Business Administration (MIS Concentration) from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and currently sits on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College’s Orfalea School of Business. Darran enjoys coaching high school and summer baseball, waterskiing, golf and spending as much time as possible with his family.
