Brian Turner currently serves in the role of Chief Service Delivery Officer of Point B, where he has Firmwide accountability for providing excellent client service and advancing Point B’s service delivery capabilities. In this role, Brian speaks nationally on leadership strategies for high risk projects, project leadership, and change leadership. Brian, a consultant in the management consulting industry for over 18 years, has specialized in directing, advising, and turning-around large scale systems implementations in a wide range of industries, including government, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and retail industries. Brian graduated with a masters’ degree in public administration from the University of Texas and a B.S. in public relations/B.A. in political science from Syracuse University. He has been at Point B 6 years. Prior to joining Point B, he worked at Accenture for 12 years. Outside Point B, Brian enjoys coaching youth baseball, woodworking, tennis and raising his two children.
