The annual recognition honors rising leaders who are bringing meaningful results to their industries and communities, and Greg’s inclusion reflects the depth of leadership, service, and impact he brings both to his clients and to the Chicagoland region.
At Point B, Greg is known for helping organizations become more effective, resilient, and people centered. With nearly eight years at the firm, he brings deep expertise in transformation, organizational effectiveness, and change management, helping clients navigate complexity and drive lasting results. His work spans industries, with a strong focus on life sciences, where he has partnered with clients to adopt new technologies, optimize operations, and strengthen organizational culture.
Greg’s impact extends well beyond client work. He currently serves as President of the Village of Hinsdale, Illinois, allowing him to apply the same pragmatic, execution-focused leadership approach to the community he grew up in and now raises his family in. In this role, he oversees the full scope of village operations, from public safety and infrastructure to parks and community services, while working closely with regional stakeholders to advance initiatives that support residents’ quality of life.
One example of Greg’s community-focused leadership includes helping launch a collaborative program with neighboring municipalities to embed social workers across local police departments. The initiative focuses on supporting individuals experiencing mental health or substance-related crises, demonstrating Greg’s commitment to thoughtful, innovative approaches that strengthen community services through partnership.
