Point B Named Best for Vets Employer
< Awards
Point B is honored to be named 2025 Best Place for Vets by Military Times for the fourth year in a row. This national recognition highlights our continued commitment to recruiting, retaining, and supporting military veterans, service members, military spouses, and their families.
“The Military Times Best for Vets: Employers Ranking” is the most comprehensive annual evaluation of organizations that support the military-connected workforce. The survey examines how employers attract, mentor, and retain veterans and active-duty service members, with a strong focus on recruitment practices, retention and support programs, employment policies for Guard and Reserve members, and inclusive workplace initiatives. Being recognized again this year reflects Point B’s sustained dedication to creating an environment where veterans thrive.
A key driver of this recognition is Point Bravo, our business resource group (BRG) for veterans, military spouses, and allies. Point Bravo is a community built on connection, advocacy, and support. The group creates space for members to share experiences, raise awareness of the unique challenges veterans face, and help service members and their families successfully transition from military to civilian careers.
In addition, Point Bravo plays an essential role in educating the broader Point B community. Through firmwide events and conversations, veterans and family members share their personal stories and experiences across different branches of the military. The group also proudly leads the firm’s annual observances of Memorial Day and Veterans Day, recognizing and honoring the service and sacrifices of those who have served.
Point Bravo members work diligently and collaborate continually to ensure the goals and objectives of the BRG, and the values of Point B, are exceeded in all we do.

As Vincent Tarantino, New York-based Principal and Point Bravo Leader, shared: “I want Point Bers to know that all associates who join Point Bravo have a voice, a safe space to share, and the opportunity to help, regardless of military status or affiliation. Point Bravo members work diligently and collaborate continually to ensure the goals and objectives of the BRG, and the values of Point B, are exceeded in all we do.”
The Military Times survey also evaluates how organizations recognize military service, support military caregivers, help veterans attain civilian credentials, and partner with veteran-owned and military-connected businesses. Point B’s inclusion across these areas reflects the strength of our programs, policies, and people.
Being named a Military Times Best for Vets Employer reinforces our responsibility to invest in the military-connected community. We are grateful to our veterans, military spouses, allies, and Point Bravo leaders, whose dedication makes this recognition possible. We remain committed to honoring service while unlocking potential at Point B.
