Vice President, Human Resources
Kelli leads Point B’s Human Resources team, supporting leaders in developing their teams, meeting the needs of our clients, and providing strategic guidance for the firm’s people-based initiatives. With over 25 years of experience as a global HR business partner and subject matter expert in employee and labor relations across several Fortune 500 companies, Kelli brings an innate ability to influence leaders, mitigate risk, and identify common sense solutions that keep the business focused on driving client impact.
At Point B, Kelli has cultivated a strong team of HR professionals focused on hiring, developing, and supporting talent throughout the employee life cycle – helping to mature the firm’s capabilities in leadership coaching and development alongside performance management processes. She collaborates closely with other members of the firm’s senior leadership team to enhance firm culture and maintain Point B’s position as an employer of choice amongst small and mid-sized consulting firms. Furthermore, Kelli acts as a consultative partner for clients who need a trusted advisor to navigate workplace investigations, labor relations and negotiations, reductions in force, performance management challenges, and other sensitive matters. Year after year, leaders continue to seek Kelli out for her practical advice, sound judgment, and pragmatic solutions.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and supporting community organizations that focus on career development and job placement for young adults.
