Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Social justice and the values of diversity, equity and inclusion have been fundamental to my life’s direction since childhood. My academic and early professional work anchored in how to improve the lives of marginalized people and communities, both globally and locally, through increased accessibility to equitable and culturally relevant healthcare. In my consulting career, I’ve been fortunate to continue serving organizations as they think big picture and build an ecosystem that helps them meet their goals to improve people’s health. As Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), I now get to continue leveraging my deep skillsets in change management, data insights, communications, and strategy to help Point B and other companies embrace DEI as a catalyst for deep, systemic changes and meaningful outcomes.
