The Senior Analyst collaborates with their team and engagement leader on deliverable design and creation, data analysis, meeting preparation and documentation, and responding to customer requests.
The Consultant works at customer sites. The person in this role supports Point B’s growth by leading small customer engagements or a workstream within a large program. The Consultant is accountable for planning and managing the work of their workstream, identifying, and managing risks and issues, developing documentation, and engaging with the project team and customers to achieve project goals.
The Managing Consultant works at customer sites to support Point B’s growth by leading large business and technical projects and programs that help our customers solve their business challenges. The Managing Consultant works across multiple industries and functional areas and leads large teams or programs involving multiple workstreams. The Managing Consultant supervises the work and day-to-day development of others and has the option to take on formal people management responsibilities (e.g., career development, compensation).
The Senior Managing Consultant works at customer sites to support Point B’s growth by leading complex business and technical engagements that help our customers solve their toughest business challenges. People in this role are capable of managing highly complex global programs with multiple workstreams and impacts of 1,000+ employees on the solution. The Senior Managing Consultant actively generates demand and supports others’ professional development and career progression. A person in this role is expected to be capable of managing the career development of others (however, a person is not solely disqualified from being in this role if there is not demand/ opportunity for them to manage people). Senior Managing Consultants primarily work in a remote or hybrid team environment.
Principals/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are seasoned, mid-to-senior-level leaders who have experience guiding projects and teams. Point B SMEs expertly manage complex projects and mentor employees while thriving in their own challenging and rewarding roles, driving focused, impactful thought leadership. Point B Principal Consultants are versatile leaders with strong track records of advising customer engagements. They lead, plan, and execute customers’ most strategic and complex initiatives. Principals also contribute to the development and growth of their home market through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
