The Analyst is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B as a key contributor to project teams. The Analyst works closely with their team and project leader to manage and address client requests through communication, reporting, and documentation.
The Associate is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B by leading small projects or a workstream within a larger program. The Associate is accountable for planning and managing the work of their workstream, identifying, and managing risks and issues, developing documentation, and engaging with the project team and clients to achieve project goals.
The Senior Associate is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B by leading midsized business and technical projects. The Senior Associate advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.
The Manager is an onsite client-facing role that leads large business and technical projects. The Manager may work across multiple industries and functional areas and lead teams or programs involving multiple workstreams. The Manager supervises the work and day-to-day development of others and may take on formal people management responsibilities within their team
Senior Manager is a client-facing job that leads complex business and technical engagements that help our clients solve their toughest business challenges. Senior Managers manage highly complex programs with multiple workstreams and impacts. In addition to high-quality delivery, the Senior Manager actively contributes to business development, provide quality oversight and supports others’ professional development and career progression. Senior Managers may be staffed as a leader for one or more team-based engagements but can also function as high-level individual contributors.
