Every merchant has unique needs. You probably have questions about technology, marketing, logistics, or even all 3 – and that’s understandable. The industry is evolving at lightning speed. This session will examine what companies need to consider today, where the industry is going tomorrow, and where to invest now to meet the evolving needs of the customer.
DoorDash Leader Katie Egan and Point B Consumer and Retail expert Julie Smith will set the stage with the current trends in local fulfillment and discuss topics, including:
- The importance of first-party and marketplace delivery
- Testing new ideas quickly via an adaptive strategy approach
- DoorDash’s listen and build approach to developing products and services for its partners
- Participants will leave equipped with key considerations as they develop, enhance, or adapt their current approach to local fulfillment, an increasingly critical customer connection point.
