Lynnette Justus is a Business Analyst in Point B's Seattle market. After ten years in the retail industry, she joined Point B in April 2015 for the opportunity to learn and expand her experience in multiple industries. She also really appreciates the flexibility and work/life balance that Point B provides.

Why did you join Point B?

I joined Point B for the opportunity to learn!  Point B offers the opportunity to work with some amazing clients, and I was also excited to expand my experience in multiple industries outside of retail.

How would you describe the culture at Point B?

Point B is incredibly collaborative.  Whenever I've had a question there has always been someone ready to answer, either in the network that I've built, in our knowledge requests, or on a Yammer dashboard.

What would you like to work on next at Point B?

After ten years in retail, I'm looking to expand my industry experience.  Some of it will depend on the client work available, but I'm interested in working in healthcare, technology, and airline industries.

What is your favorite thing about Point B?

The people are supportive and fun to work with, and the opportunities to learn and grow are endless. It just depends on where you want to go.

Describe your most memorable Point B experience.

Account Team Laser Tag Competition!  We need to do that again.

What are you able to do in your downtime with the work/life balance at Point B?

The flexibility in my schedule allows me to stay involved in my church, my creative outlets like gardening and writing, and I'm looking into some additional volunteer work with the Seattle foster care system and Native American outreach programs.

What makes Point B award-winning to you?

Point B makes success as a woman achievable.  Prior to joining Point B I was torn between having a career or having a family.  Point B's opportunities and flexibility make the 'either or' a 'both and'.

How would you describe Point B to a friend who’s interested in joining?

Joining Point B could be described in two joining an Olympic team and The Voice all at the same time.
