A global technology company wanted to transform its own digital capabilities to enable new operating models across the enterprise and improve the speed to market and customer experience of its cloud-based solutions. Converting this strategic objective into an executable plan across a large and complex organization had resulted in overlapping information, unclear accountabilities and redundancy, among other problems. The company engaged Point B to define, develop and refine the end-to-end flow of information across the company’s Business, Engineering and Launch teams to streamline and accelerate the process of new strategy implementation.
Point B utilized Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities to shift the company’s flow of information from tactical to outcome-focused. We worked with operational leadership to facilitate connections between teams and advance a clearer understanding of data flow and value creation. We then planned and built the tools, technology, processes and documentation to support the efficient, effective and scalable delivery of information. Point B also consulted with executives to help them better understand the data that drives successful decision making.
