HandsOn Leadership is a volunteer training program that combines professional development with volunteer project leadership. The program targets emerging leaders who want to improve their leadership skills and advance their careers while donating their time.
The result: Following a series of leadership workshops jointly created by Point B and Seattle Works, participants form leadership teams to develop and execute a large-scale community project where they can apply their skills in a practical setting.
