Having lost my mother in 2001 to an eight-year battle with ovarian cancer, I am passionate about the advances being made today in cancer treatments for all patients. I feel so fortunate to have been able to leverage my aerospace and consulting expertise over the last several years to help lead Point B’s Life Sciences and Cell Therapy clients through their journey to commercialization. One of my clients went through an international inspection for their EU GMP certification, an unannounced FDA inspection, and three client audits during the time I was there to help them determine, document and implement their inspection readiness processes. For another client, a facility that manufactures an autologous drug product, I took on the role of Commercial Readiness Program Manager to lead them through the commercial launch of their product in two different countries. This client had never before launched an autologous drug product overseas and was simultaneously launching in the U.S., so it was an exciting adventure at every step. For nearly all of my 30-year career I've done some sort of consulting, much of it related to project and program management helping my clients through the process of successfully doing things they’ve never done before.  In my spare time, I love to travel internationally and garden at my home near Seattle.
