I am a Senior Consultant, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Business Analyst and Process Engineer with over 15 years of experience. I have managed, designed and implemented business and IT strategies and solutions for customers across the world and in almost every industry sector. I hold an MBA, Master's Degree in Information Management and I am also certified as an Organizational Change Management Consultant, Scrum Master, ITIL Expert, and IBM Senior IT Consultant. I hold additional certifications in Kepner Tregoe's world class Project Management, Problem Solving, and Decision Making methodologies (ServiceNow and AWS certifications currently in progress). In addition to my Project Management and Consulting experience, I am also highly qualified as a trainer, instructor, and classroom teacher. Course development and preparation of customized training materials are additional aspects of my experience. I have also been a frequent public speaker and panel member at events in both the United States and Australia.
