Change is scary and people are complex. This reality has spurred me on to pursue a career in organizational effectiveness. I enjoy assessing change, risk, and growth through the lens of an individual's emotions, concerns and behaviors. I believe that an organization's talent has the potential to be its greatest asset or greatest roadblock. I bring a background of entrepreneurship and brand strategy to Point B and customers of which I am able to add value in strategic enterprise solutions and storytelling. My background in behavioral economics helps me to understand industry complexity and human behavior, working together to provide talent-centric solutions to organizations of all shapes and sizes.
