I'm a Senior Consultant with Point B Property Development with proven success in numerous roles leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, demanding environments. I have extensive experience developing and managing project scopes, budgets, and timelines as well as in horizontal and vertical construction. I have successfully managed semi-custom homes, grocery-anchored retail centers, expansion and remodel of existing and operational grocery facilities, fueling stations, and regional fiber optic backbone projects.
I have a BS in real estate and an Executive MBA, both from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. I am a 20-year Phoenix resident and currently lives there with my wife and two kids, enjoying an outdoor lifestyle.
