I am a management consultant within the Organizational Effectiveness practice here at Point B. I specialize in helping clients successfully undergo major human capital business transformations. My areas of expertise include change management, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, organization design, operating model development, executive communications, and project management. Prior to joining Point B, I led large human capital business transformation initiatives for customers in the energy, consumer products, financial services, and public sectors.
I am passionate about public service. I serve as an elected County Board Member in DuPage County, Illinois - the second largest county in the state with nearly 1 million residents. In this role, I represent a district with over 160,000 constituents and am responsible for setting public policy for all DuPage County agencies and managing the County’s $470 million budget. I serve as Chairman of DuPage County’s Technology Committee, Chairman of the DuPage Heroin-Opioid Prevention & Education (HOPE) Taskforce, and a voting member on the Transportation, Finance, and Strategic Planning Committees. I also previously served as Chairman of the Health & Human Services Committee. Additionally, I am philanthropically active in my community, serving on the Board of Directors for Giving DuPage and previously for Fenwick High School and Chicago Lighthouse Charter School.
I graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in political science. I am currently pursing my M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
