I have spent the last 15+ years playing a pivotal role as a people-focused consultant and trusted advisor/coach, with experience delivering game-changing outcomes in over a dozen countries. I have provided guidance to and enabled executives and their staff to deliver key initiatives, to identify and mitigate risk, to analyze and improve workforce effectiveness and engineer an organization’s ability to sustain results. I have led change management initiatives for major programs, launched internal changed management organizations, and created customized methodologies for my clients. Serving customers across a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 organizations, I have led teams to design new process frameworks, developed the organization’s readiness for the new environment, and helped focus innovations and drive successful results. My experience has taught me to bring a careful, yet flexible approach to every situation and to seek out and engage key influencers as allies and advocates.
I am a part-time volunteer at Jubilee Women's Center, preparing rooms, gardening, whatever needs doing when I can. I volunteer each year with the global Association for Change Management Professionals as a reviewer for speaker submissions and as a liaison/coach for speakers for the annual conference. I try to volunteer at least every other year as a panel judge for the Foster School of Business Global Health Business Case Competitions.
