I bring over three decades of senior leadership in the private and public sectors. For the past decade and a half, I served as part of the leadership team that scaled a startup energy company into one of the largest minority owned business, where I had P&L responsibility while leading various teams and departments.  Responsibilities included leading the company’s strategy for developing structured solutions to support corporations’ energy and sustainability goals. I also have extensive experience in the public sector, having served in the Clinton Administration in various senior management roles. Throughout my career, I have advocated for diversity and inclusion as a core component of my responsibilities.
