Prior to joining Point B, Heather Personne spearheaded the development of multiple large scale retail centers. These included Villago Marketplace, a 150,000 square foot grocery-anchored shopping center on 25 acres in Casa Grande, Arizona and Madera Marketplace, a 310,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center in Sahuarita, Arizona. Villago Marketplace is anchored by Fry’s Food & Drug and Ace Hardware and includes roughly 30,000 square feet of shops as well as multiple freestanding pads occupied by JPMorgan Chase, McDonald’s and Taco Bell. Villago Marketplace is a prime amenity for and was designed to be architecturally compatible with the surrounding Villago master planned community. Madera Marketplace is anchored by WalMart and includes numerous shops and pads occupied by notable tenants such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fletcher's Tire & Auto, 99 Cent Store and Carl's Jr. Madera Marketplace is a prime amenity located near the Ranchoa Sahuarita master plan and was designed to be architecturally compatible with the surrounding community.
