A consulting executive with over 20 years of experience, Rich leads Point B’s Restaurant and Hospitality industries. He partners with enterprise restaurant and retail brands to drive complex business and digital transformations, focused on improving performance while elevating both customer and employee experiences.

Rich’s deep expertise in the restaurant industry began early—working in quick service and fine dining establishments before college. Since joining Point B in 2019, he has led several enterprise accounts, advising senior executives on strategy and transformation. In 2021, he stepped into a leadership role within the Consumer & Retail team, focusing exclusively on the Restaurant industry and scaling Point B’s presence in the space. Today, he leads a team of experts helping restaurant and hospitality clients scale efficiently and build integrated technology ecosystems that drive measurable impact. Rich takes a pragmatic approach to transformation and is a firm believer in building integrated technology stacks that work together seamlessly to drive desired outcomes.

Rich resides with his family in Dallas where he spends weekends at his son’s ball games. He is a proud husband and father who loves taking his family on adventures around the world where they can experience different food, culture, and environments.

Community Involvement

Rich served 12 years as an officer in the Texas Military Department (Army Guard) leading platoons, companies, search & rescue teams, the Officer Candidate School, and the civilian readiness program.
