#5 Best Places to Work in Boston
< AwardsWe’ve got an amazing group of folks here at Point B. And our Boston team is no exception. They bring genuine care and authenticity to one another each day. Couple that with the expertise, insight and empathy they deliver to our customers and communities each day…makes every one of us deeply grateful for the culture each Point B’er brings to life.
We’re proud of our people and the culture they build here at Point B, and we’re proud that we’re not alone: the Boston Business Journal has named Point B the #5 Best Place to Work, an exclusive ranking of Massachusetts companies that have built exceptional work environments for their people. Point B is thrilled to stand alongside 80 outstanding companies in 2021 that range in size and industry, with winners from technology, retail, healthcare and more.
“In a year that has brought incredible challenges for everyone both personally and in business, it is a true testament to great organizations to be named a Best Place to Work," said BBJ's Market President and Publisher Carolyn Jones. "We congratulate all of our honorees and look forward to learning from them on how to create and sustain outstanding workplaces.”
The 165 businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee-engagement surveys distributed by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. Based on the results of those surveys, businesses were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum.
