A hallmark of Holly’s work is finding smart, scalable ways to accelerate ESG progress. She co-developed a generative AI tool that cuts both the time and cost of ESG reporting by more than half—without sacrificing rigor. She’s helped create adaptable Climate Risk and Double Materiality Assessments that are designed to meet the complexity of today’s business landscape. “Both ESG and consulting are constantly evolving, allowing me to stay immersed in the evolution of sustainability, technology, and business strategy,” she says. “I love that my role requires continuous learning, adapting, and innovating.”

For Holly, ESG isn’t just a field of work—it’s a personal commitment. She shares her passion with her nieces to show how meaningful careers can create meaningful change. "I make a point to share my work with them—not just what I do, but why it matters," Holly says. "That they are important, that their voices will matter, and that they will grow up in a world where people continue to fight for progress."
With a master’s degree in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and social impact from the University of Florida and a certificate in sustainable investing from Harvard Business School, Holly brings both passion and deep expertise to every conversation.
