With more than 30 years of experience, Taran has led complex, high-impact initiatives across healthcare, consumer and retail, telecommunications, financial services, and maritime services. Her work includes leading a multi-year SAP transformation, a supply chain program turnaround that delivered $40M in annual savings, and a platform modernization effort that priroritized keeping people at the heart of the strategy. Across every project, Taran has driven outsized impact for her customers.

Taran’s philosophy is simple: Great results begin with great relationships. She creates collaborative environments where teams feel supported, encouraged to speak up, and empowered to solve problems together. Her ability to propose bold ideas and lead team brainstorming is a hallmark of her client service. Known as the “consultant’s consultant,” Taran brings empathy, structure, and energy to every engagement.

Today, Taran leads delivery excellence and quality for clients in our Consumer & Retail practice. Her mentorship has empowered Point B's next generation of leaders through a “delivery partnership” model, expanding on-the-job training opportunities and enhancing outcomes for customers. By helping others grow in the process of client delivery, she’s creating a culture of learning, trust, and high performance at Point B.
Leading with Heart, On and Off the Clock
Taran’s proudest accomplishment is raising her two college-age sons who seek to travel the world and inspire their peers. She holds an MBA from the University of Maine, is PMP certified, and has served as a Seafair Torchlight Parade judge in Seattle for more than 20 years. Her recognition as a Top Consultant is a reflection of her deep commitment to people, purpose, and progress in everything she does.
