Katie Franklin is a seasoned finance and accounting leader with 15 years of experience spanning controllership, financial stewardship, and strategic business partnership across a range of industries. Prior to joining Point B, Katie held controllership roles at various companies, building a strong track record of helping high-growth businesses establish sound financial operations and scalable infrastructure.
Katie is passionate about elevating finance beyond the back office, partnering closely with internal teams to reduce friction, enable smarter decision-making, and drive sustainable growth. She brings a strategic lens to every aspect of the function, helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Outside of work, Katie stays busy as a mom of two young kids, and when she gets the chance, enjoys working out, spending time with friends, and making the most of life's quieter moments.
