Vice President, Consumer & Retail
Kirsten brings 20 years of consulting experience to Point B’s Consumer & Retail industry. She has an exceptional track record of driving transformational business strategies and leading large-scale operational improvement programs.
Kirsten joined Point B from Huron Consulting Group, where she worked with hospitals and health systems to improve patient flow and increase capacity. Since then, she has spent more than a decade at Point B partnering with some of the world’s leading consumer brands and retailers. Her work focuses on modernizing technology and harnessing the power of data to enhance employee and customer experiences—all in service of driving business growth.
With a foundation in Lean Six Sigma, Kirsten is passionate about helping organizations define future-state visions and build capability roadmaps that support those goals. She believes in aligning maturity with ambition—avoiding common missteps like premature technology investments or structural change without clear purpose. She thrives on the balance of difference and commonality across organizations, finding inspiration in every unique client engagement.
Kirsten holds a BS from Georgetown University and is a proud former NCAA D1 soccer player. Today, she gives back to the sport by coaching youth soccer in Portland, where she lives with her family. She also serves as a board member and board chair for nonprofits serving the underserved in San Francisco’s Tenderloin community and in Portland. She’s got an entrepreneurial spirit and is consultant-in-residence for Lost & Found Coffee, a direct trade coffee company.
