Senior Vice President, Intelligent Operations
Laura McIntyre leads Point B’s Intelligent Operations practice, partnering with clients to improve how they run and scale their businesses. With more than 15 years of experience, she brings a thoughtful, practical approach to solving complex challenges across industries including healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and financial services.
At Point B, Laura has built and led a national team focused on helping organizations work smarter and operate more effectively. She collaborates closely with clients to strengthen supply chain performance, streamline operations, and clarify how work gets done. Whether implementing automation, introducing new technology, or aligning teams around new ways of working, Laura is known for her hands-on, results-driven approach to making change sustainable.
Laura is deeply passionate about developing people. Throughout her career, she has invested in mentoring emerging leaders, building inclusive teams, and sharing what she’s learned along the way. For six years, she served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Washington, where she taught Lean Six Sigma to professionals seeking to advance their careers and improve workflows within organizations. She’s known for her collaborative mindset, outcome orientation, and strong belief that the most effective solutions are those built in partnership with the people who will carry them forward.
Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children and is committed to supporting her community through organizations that help families access critical care services and drive progress in cancer research and treatment.
