Director, Strategy & Transformation
Lauren Edwards is a leader in Point B's Strategy & Transformation practice, overseeing the development of our corporate strategy, transformation agenda, and growth priorities capabilities. A trusted advisor to senior executives, she brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation and operating model design. Lauren is known for helping organizations align vision to execution, particularly in moments of inflection, disruption, or accelerated growth.
Lauren has spent her career at the intersection of strategy and execution, working with Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises across the Aerospace, Airline, and Automotive industries. She built and led Point B’s Aerospace and Airlines industry verticals, helping clients modernize operations, enable frontline workforces, and embrace innovation through emerging technologies and AI. Prior to Point B, Lauren served as a Manager at Accenture and later rose through the consulting ranks to executive leadership. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of consultants, building high-performing teams, and creating inclusive environments that enable people to thrive.
Lauren holds a double major in Business Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Major Programme Management at the University of Oxford.
