Luciana brings over 20 years of consulting and business transformation experience to her role as Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at Point B. A visionary and results-driven executive, she is known for creating followership, inspiring high-performing teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across industries including healthcare, life sciences, consumer and retail, restaurants and hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, and energy. Luciana has a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Since joining Point B in 2013, Luciana has held progressive leadership roles, including Principal & Engagement Leader, Account Leader, and Senior Director of Delivery Excellence. In her current role, she leads a workforce of consultants focused on translating strategy into executable plans, leading large-scale transformations, and ensuring lasting adoption. She is also accountable for advancing the firm’s Major Program Management and Organizational Transformation capabilities, driving solution innovation, offering development, and talent planning. Operating within a matrixed structure, Luciana partners with industry, functional, and client engagement leaders to drive client success.
Throughout her career, Luciana has delivered complex, multi-year transformations and high-stakes engagements, consistently earning client trust and recognition.
