I have over 9 years of experience in process improvement, operations optimization, and supply chain management across the Life Sciences, Retail, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. I specialize in designing and facilitating workshops with clients to map current processes, identify core business requirements, and envision future-state solutions.
I conduct assessments of client processes in areas such as order management, order fulfillment, billing, procurement, supply chain planning and execution, treasury, and financial reporting. I lead operational value streams throughout the current-state assessment, future-state planning, and system design phases of global ERP implementations. I'm experienced in driving results through value stream and process mapping, Kaizen, and digital transformation initiatives.
