Chief Delivery Officer
Michael is a driven leader with nearly two decades of consulting experience in a wide array of operational and strategic issues across multiple industries. As Chief Delivery Officer, he ensures quality and success for every customer by connecting the right resources from across Point B to meet the needs of all organizations, and by attracting, developing, and retaining the strongest workforce in the consulting space.
Michael has delivered exceptional service to healthcare and life sciences organizations around the world for over 10 years at Point B. In his current role, he is responsible for maintaining Point B’s world-class NPS score, 77, which is 2x higher than the consulting industry average. Prior to Point B, he worked in leadership and process improvement at Chicago-based Azumo and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
He is engaged in the local Chicago community as a member of his elementary Local School Council and other civic organizations. Outside of work, you can find him spending time at the lake in Wisconsin or downhill skiing.
