Vice President, Practice Support
Patrick Riley leads Point B’s Practice Support function, providing leaders across the firm with the data, insights, and operational support they need to run and grow the business. He oversees a range of functions including revenue operations, resource and capacity planning, staffing, partner operations, and marketing and sales enablement. His work enables effective decision-making across client development and delivery while ensuring scalable, consistent operations across industries and service lines.
Patrick brings nearly 20 years of experience in the management consulting industry, with prior roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and EY before joining Point B in 2014. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in product management, operations, revenue operations, and growth—serving clients across multiple industries with a focus on strategy, operations, and product development.
Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. He has volunteered in pro bono consulting roles and helped launch Point B’s partnership with Compass, a nonprofit consulting organization. He and his family reside in Cleveland, OH, where Patrick and his wife are active with their three sons.
