The Analyst role provides opportunities to build consulting skills and experiences by being a key player on team-based projects across a variety of client environments while being supported by and learning from Senior Associates, Account Leaders and Principal Consultants. Point B is looking for talented individuals with a four-year degree (MBA a plus) and up to four years of business experience who are committed to exceptional client service delivery and want to work with high caliber consulting teams.
Acting as a critical liaison between the client’s business, technical, program, and support teams, the Business Analyst works closely with business teams to elicit and prioritize their requests, translates them into clearly documented functional and technical requirements specifications, and collaborates with the project teams throughout implementation, testing, and deployment to ensure that developed solutions conform to requirements and meet the needs of the business.
Senior Business Analyst
Our Senior Business Analysts apply their deep analysis experience to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ critical business and technology initiatives. You get to work on challenging projects across industries to enhance your business analysis skills and exposure. Point B is looking for experienced BA’s who have worked across the project lifecycle of complex IT projects to define and prioritize requirements, drive functional design, and ensure exceptional user experiences.
The Associate role provides opportunities to grow and diversify consulting skills and experiences. Associates lead projects across a variety of client environments while being supported by and learning from Senior Associates, Account Leaders and Principal Consultants. Point B is looking for talented consultants with a minimum of four years of experience who are committed to exceptional client service delivery and want to work with high caliber consulting teams.
As a Senior Associate, you will be counted on to provide expertise in leading projects and executing business strategy. Our Senior Associates work alongside client leadership to advise and implement their most important business initiatives. Point B is looking for experienced and versatile consultants, with experience across industries and functional areas, who have a proven track record of delivering results.
The Principal Consultant leads client engagements across Point B markets and advises clients in their respective areas of expertise. This role provides the opportunities to build new practice areas across markets, contribute to thought leadership, and drive business development – all within a collaborative culture that allows leaders to thrive. Point B is looking for experts within our Service Lines and Industries, who want to focus exclusively in their subject matter and help build our Service Line and Industry practices.
