For Frankie, curiosity isn’t just a personal strength – it’s a game changer for her customers. This past year, she reimagined the way a major business unit operated by spearheading the development of a productivity-enhancing knowledge management tool. What began as a discussion about information overload in a department turned into a transformative digital solution for a 14,400-person business unit, reducing project lead time and saving countless hours.
“Curiosity is about asking the right questions, listening deeply, and tapping into your customers’ unique challenges,” Frankie says. Her open, collaborative approach has helped organizations not just solve problems but rethink their ways of working and unlock lasting value.
Mentorship and Community Impact
Frankie’s leadership extends beyond her consulting work. Passionate about empowering others, she co-leads Point B’s Emerging Leaders Cohort, a signature development initiative supporting the career growth of early-career professionals. Under her guidance, the program has evolved to include rotational learning paths, hands-on mentorship, and innovative development strategies for 100 participants.
Her commitment to mentorship began with the "Defining Her Future" conference, which she led for 400 attendees. Frankie took bold steps to challenge tradition, contracting Emily Harrington, a groundbreaking climber, to deliver an inspirational keynote on resilience. This spirit of rethinking the norm continues to shape her leadership style today.
Driving Change for Customers and Communities
Frankie’s work showcases her ability to deliver exceptional results across industries. Whether helping a software company save $7 million in licensing costs, creating a central knowledge repository for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, or restructuring leadership functions to better meet critical needs at a food bank, she consistently delivers strategic outcomes.
Her passion for service extends into her civic work in Chicago, where she supports community revitalization efforts on the city's South Side and collaborates with Global Shapers to stimulate local economies.
