Vice President, Payer
Tina brings over 15 years of operations and management consulting experience to her role as Vice President of Point B’s Payer Practice. She partners with healthcare payers, providers, and healthcare services organizations to achieve and sustain performance improvements that drive impact for patients and communities.
A results-oriented leader, Tina has spent much of her career helping organizations operationalize strategies and execute complex business and technology initiatives. Her expertise centers on operations in and out of healthcare, with a focus on government programs, network management, and core member and service operations in the payer segment. Known for building trust across diverse teams, she enables organizations to quickly align, mobilize, and achieve their goals.
Tina’s career began in manufacturing operations, where she applied her background in industrial engineering to performance management, supply chain, process and system design, and data-driven optimization. This foundation shaped her ability to help organizations rapidly deconstruct challenges and implement sustainable solutions. Today, she works with healthcare organizations to grow and scale through efficient operations and effective, data-driven decision-making.
Tina holds an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and APICS CPIM. She lives in the Midwest with her husband and children and is passionate about delivering results that improve health and wellbeing in the communities where she lives and works.
