Tim Larson

Tim is an experienced business leader with over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, consumer products, and construction. Since joining Point B in 2003, Tim has served in numerous leadership positions including serving as Practice Director for the Denver market, President of RoundPegg, a SaaS startup, and Executive Vice President, Operations & IT. He brings deep expertise in business planning, acquisition integration, process improvement, performance management, operations, and program/project leadership.
Tim combines a strategic mindset with a bias towards results to lead award-winning, culture-focused teams. Under Tim’s leadership, the Denver market experienced strong growth and produced consistent top and bottom-line results. The market was also repeatedly named a Best Place to Work by the Denver Business Journal, ranking #1 in 2011 and 2014. As President of RoundPegg, Tim led a process to sell the business to a strategic buyer. In his current role as Executive Vice President, Operations & IT, he is responsible for Business Operations, IT, Corporate Services, and the ePMO. He also serves as a member of the Point B Inc. Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Point B, Tim spent 15 years in various leadership positions at Level 3 Communications, General Electric, and Andersen Consulting.
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University Fowler College. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
