In a prior role, Heather Personne assisted a multi-state retail tire center with its entry into the Inland Empire market (Southern California). The client had identified the Inland Empire as a target area for their store growth and wanted a development partner to provide site selection services and oversight of the development process for multiple locations. In collaboration with the client team, Heather’s team worked with local brokers and design consultants to manage the process from initial market analysis all the way through store opening in collaboration, allowing the client to free up time to focus on operations and other strategic initiatives.
