Our people and our vibrant culture are two of the biggest amplifiers of our employee experience. Our founders started Point B because they wanted to create a more people-focused experience—one with high engagement and support so that each Point B’er can bring their authentic self forward and deliver great work for our customers. That foundational tenet still plays a key role in how we actively invest in our culture today.
