Adrian Pearce
Our people and our vibrant culture are two of the biggest amplifiers of our employee experience. Our founders started Point B because they wanted to create a more people-focused experience—one with high engagement and support so that each Point B’er can bring their authentic self forward and deliver great work for our customers. That foundational tenet still plays a key role in how we actively invest in our culture today. We create opportunities for Point B’ers to connect professionally, pursue passions outside of work, and build enduring relationships with our customers, communities, and each other. At Point B, we see our culture as a reflection of how we put our shared values into action.
